This film was the first step in my journey of discovering my voice as an artist and film maker. The aim here was to voice my dialogical identity in an abstract manner by showcasing the different places, people, media, and thoughts that make-up aspects of my sense of self. I experimented with layering multiple voice recordings and visuals to make a collage of videos and sound. I mostly used the videos and audios I recorded in the UK, Dubai, and India, but also incorporated music and clips of media from TV, movies, and news. This film has mostly original videos and audio clips, with one recording from The Office (2005-13), a Vanity Fair interview clip of Finneas (2023), and a song called Memory (reversed) from Cowboy Bebop (1998).
